"This feels more like staying at a B&B or spa than it did as a regular rental. Connie has thought of every last detail imaginable-from the fully stocked bathroom vanity to the bottle of wine and the well-thought out snacks. The mini fridge had complimentary beverages and snacks and there were fresh baked items on our coffee table that Connie even restocked on our second day there. There was no reason to go elsewhere for breakfast. My friend and I enjoyed coffee, hardboiled eggs, bakery items and orange juice...all compliments of Connie! We saved her delicious home made chocolate chip cookies as our late night snack. And if you're a stickler for cleanliness, trust me, this is the place for you. Simply put, this space is immaculate! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to be near Newport but enjoys the peace and quiet of lovely, small town. The drive into Newport is less than 15 minutes or you can take the ferry. Connie is so helpful and communicative. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house our entire time there. We think this may be an annual tradition of ours!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the one bedroom suite. Connie and Frank are exceptionally kind hosts, who really make sure that their guests are well-taken care of and comfortable. Delicious homemade cookies and other treats were available, as well as fresh milk and hard boiled eggs in the fridge, and cereals. The suite is extremely clean, which we appreciated, and the bed was really comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the harbor. We ate at an outstanding restaurant across the street called Standards, and we enjoyed coffee at The Village Hearth Cafe. Beavertail State Park is a short drive away and was really great place to walk around to enjoy breathtaking water views. This is our second time booking with Connie, and we are coming back for another trip next month! The payment / check-in / check-out processes are all really easy. This is an exceptionally nice property. "
